Chairperson – Tony Pinner
Tony is a retired local business man who has lived near Upper Rafford for 10 years.
Secretary – Howard Davenport
Howard is recently retired the offshore energy sector, has lived in Rafford for over 35 years and enjoys cycling and the great outdoors.
Treasurer – Anna Gatward
Anna lives in Rafford and works as a bookkeeper but is also a keen horse rider and enjoys getting out in the surrounding countryside with her two dogs.
Tom Hardie
Tom Hardie started working on his cottage in Rafford coming up 40 years ago … and is still working on it!
On the FCC he has a particular interest in the local health systems and how they can be improved for patients and practitioners.
Peter Taylor
Peter Taylor moved to Rafford with his wife Joanna in 2011 after a career as an international lawyer specialising in insurance, reinsurance and arbitration.
He has been involved in many local initiatives (notably Rafford Kirk, Forres Events Limited, FAADAG, Visit Moray Speyside, the Falconer Museum and Finderne Development Trusts, and Moray Citizen’s Advice Bureau) before joining the Community Council in March 2024.
All members are volunteers who want to help with achieving the best for Finderne
